Unpaid invoices may incur late fees and collection costs. We reserve the right to withhold final reports or results until payment is received in full.
4. Estimates and Pricing
Pricing is subject to change without notice. Estimates provided in advance are based on the information available at the time and may change if site conditions, scope, or number of samples differ. Additional charges will be communicated and approved by the client before proceeding.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee. Missed appointments or failure to provide site access at the scheduled time may also incur charges.
6. Reports and Use of Findings
Reports provided by AZTEC Testing are intended for use only by the client and for the specific property identified. Our findings are based on site conditions observed at the time of service and laboratory analysis of collected samples. We make no warranty or guarantee as to conditions outside the scope of our inspection or beyond what is observable or tested during the visit.
Reports may not be reproduced or distributed without our written permission, and they must not be altered. Misuse of our reports may result in legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
