I’ve conducted approximately 2,000 inspections, and one thing has always remained the same—integrity, ethics, and honesty come first. I take pride in providing accurate, unbiased results and making sure my customers understand exactly what’s going on. Whether you’re worried about asbestos in your home, need lead testing before a renovation, or have mold issues, I’m here to help—without unnecessary upsells or scare tactics.
As a small business owner, I can give each customer personal attention that big companies often overlook. I take the time to explain my findings and answer your questions, so you feel confident in your next steps. My pricing is affordable and transparent, because I believe that safety and peace of mind shouldn’t come with hidden fees.
Before starting Aztec Testing, I worked as an insurance property claims adjuster, giving me unique insight into how damage assessments, insurance claims, and environmental hazards impact property owners. This experience allows me to provide not just technical expertise, but also practical guidance for homeowners and property managers dealing with environmental issues.
When I’m not working, I love exploring San Diego with my wife (a dedicated schoolteacher) and spending time with our two dogs, Norm and Rosie. We enjoy discovering new hiking spots, local restaurants, and spending time at the beach. Traveling is another passion of ours—we love seeing new places (here and abroad) and experiencing different cultures.
At Aztec Testing, I’m not just here to run tests—I’m here to help you protect your home, your family, and your investment. If you need asbestos, lead, or mold testing in the San Diego area, I’d love to assist you. Reach out today for a free consultation!
